Prague Rules at the China Arbitration Summit 2018. Beijing
China Arbitration Summit 2018 will be held in Beijing on 16-17 September 2018. This Summit is co-hosted by United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China (SPC), China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
China Arbitration Summit 2018 aims to create a high-end platform, enhance the exchanges on arbitration and ADR experience, share the latest academic and practical achievement in international arbitration and achieve win-win cooperation.
To celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the New York Convention, representatives of the major international arbitral institutions, judges, arbitrators, lawyers, in-house counsels and other leading experts in the field of arbitration will share their views on the trends and topical issues in domestic and international arbitration development.
