Motieka & Audzevičius proudly invites everyone to take part in a discussion on the pros and cons of the new Prague Rules on the efficient conduct of proceedings in international arbitration. The discussion will focus on maximising the effectiveness of the arbitration proceedings and minimising the financial costs by adopting the inquisitorial principles of the Prague Rules. Our esteemed and world-class guest speakers will discuss whether the Prague Rules can better meet the needs of modern business.
